  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese (plus more for garnish)
  • 0.5 cup Italian Style panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
