Enjoy a quick and hearty twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak with ground beef and melted provolone cheese in a soft hoagie roll.
Ingredients

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté vegetables until softened.
Add ground beef, cook until browned, then stir in garlic, salt, and pepper.
Divide beef mixture into four portions, top each with cheese, and cover until melted.
Toast rolls if desired, then fill with beef and cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
