A delicious and healthier twist on the classic tater tot casserole, packed with lean chicken and vegetables.

mushrooms (sliced)

Taco John's Potato Ole Seasoning

fat free cream of mushroom soup

crispy crowns
1/4
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken and mushrooms until done. Stir in seasoning and soup.
Pour mixture into a sprayed 8×8 dish. Top with crispy crowns and optional seasoning.
Bake for 30 minutes. Add cheese, let melt, then serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional seasoning before baking.
