Instructions
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and beef broth in a bowl.
Place beef chunks in the crock pot and pour sauce over them.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender, then shred the beef and mix back into the sauce.
Serve over steamed vegetables, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
