Ingredients
Chicken

Crispy Chickpeas
15ouncecanned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1tbspolive oil
0.5tsppaprika
0.25tspgarlic powder
0.25tsponion powder
0.25tspcumin
Green Goddess Dressing
0.25cupmayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)(for a healthier option)
0.25cupplain Greek yogurt
0.25cuppacked fresh basil leaves
0.25cuppacked fresh parsley leaves
2tbsplemon juice
1clovegarlic, minced
Salad
2tbspchopped chives
0.25cupchopped celery
0.25cupchopped red onion

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season chicken, sear in skillet, bake for 15-20 minutes, then shred or dice.
Toss chickpeas with oil and spices, bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Blend dressing ingredients until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
Combine chicken, celery, and red onion in a bowl.
