This vibrant and flavorful Green Goddess Dressing is a healthy and delicious way to add zest to salads, vegetables, and more. Made with fresh herbs and Greek yogurt, it's a lighter alternative to traditional dressings.
Ingredients

mixed herbs
(chopped (parsley, basil, chives))
Base

Greek yoghurt
Flavorings

garlic clove

lemon zest

olive oil
(extra virgin)
salt
(to taste)
pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
Wash parsley, basil and chives and shake dry.
In a small food processor, place parsley, basil, chives, garlic cloves, Greek yoghurt, lemon zest and extra virgin olive oil together.
Process together until smooth with tiny flecks of green herbs.
Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
For a creamier dressing, add a tablespoon of mayonnaise or sour cream.
