Instructions
Combine lettuce, spinach, cucumber, bell pepper, celery, parsley, and chives in a bowl.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt, pepper, and water in a blender.
Blend until smooth, adding more water for desired consistency.
Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
Serve immediately.
