Ingredients

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add seasoned chicken and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Remove chicken, add chicken broth, and simmer. Stir in Greek yogurt to make sauce.
Add spinach and cherry tomatoes, cook until spinach wilts, then return chicken to coat with sauce.
