Enjoy these healthy, naturally sweet cookies made with bananas and oats, perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

Bananas

  • 2 pieces ripe bananas

Oats

  • 1 cup rolled oats

Spices

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Add-ins

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or nuts (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  • Mash bananas until smooth in a bowl.
  • Mix in oats, cinnamon, and salt until combined. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
  • Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.

Notes

For a sweeter taste, add a dash of vanilla extract or honey.
