Enjoy these healthy, naturally sweet cookies made with bananas and oats, perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.
Ingredients
Bananas

Oats

rolled oats

Add-ins

dark chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
Mash bananas until smooth in a bowl.
Mix in oats, cinnamon, and salt until combined. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter taste, add a dash of vanilla extract or honey.
