A nutritious and easy one-pot meal combining whole wheat pasta, broccoli, and cheesy goodness for a quick, wholesome dinner.
Ingredients

whole wheat macaroni

broccoli florets

vegetable broth

milk (or almond milk)

shredded cheddar cheese

grated parmesan cheese

olive oil

onion powder

salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add pasta and broccoli, then pour in broth and milk. Stir well.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 8-10 minutes until pasta is tender.
Remove from heat and stir in cheeses until melted. Serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh broccoli for best flavor and add extra cheese if desired.
