A comforting and easy-to-make casserole combining chicken, vegetables, and noodles in a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

Canned Goods

  • 1 can Campbell's Condensed 98% Fat-Free Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 0.5 cup non-fat milk
  • 2.5 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn, peas)
  • 2 cups cubed boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
  • 1.5 cups medium no-yolk egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a baking dish, stir the soup, milk, vegetables, chicken, and noodles.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir the mixture and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
