Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and add beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, and garlic on top.
Pour in chicken broth, add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, then stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, then shred the chicken and stir well.
Serve hot with tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
Notes
