Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup macaroni pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to make marinade.
  • Marinate chicken for 30 minutes, then cook in a skillet with butter until golden and cooked through.
  • Cook macaroni until al dente; drain.
  • Combine cooked pasta, milk, and cheese; stir until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Slice chicken and serve over mac and cheese, garnished with parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or herbs.
