Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb lean beef steak, sliced thinly

Vegetables

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced

Cauliflower Rice

  • 2 cups cauliflower rice

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Other ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • to taste salt and pepper

Garnish

  • optional fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook beef in a skillet until browned, then add vegetables and garlic; sauté until tender.
  • Mix in cauliflower rice and Worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, top with cheeses, and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired, then serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or your favorite herbs.
