Instructions
Place beef in slow cooker, add onion, garlic, and mushrooms on top.
Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over ingredients, then add thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stir gently, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Optional: mix cornstarch with water and add 30 minutes before serving to thicken.
Stir in Greek yogurt or sour cream, serve over noodles, and garnish with parsley.
