Ingredients

rolled oats

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Fold in the sliced strawberries gently to distribute them throughout the mixture.
Divide the mixture evenly into jars or airtight containers.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the oats to soak and thicken.
In the morning, stir the oats and add additional almond milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
Top with extra strawberries, nuts, or seeds before serving.
