Ingredients
Tortillas

whole wheat tortillas

cooked black beans

scrambled eggs or tofu scramble

spinach, chopped

Instructions
Sauté red onion and bell pepper in olive oil until softened.
Add spinach and cook until wilted; season with salt and pepper.
