Ingredients
Marinade

Instructions
Mix honey, chipotle, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to make marinade.
Add chicken to marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until caramelized.
Layer rice, beans, corn, and chicken in bowls, then top with avocado and cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges on the side.
