Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced (optional)
  • to taste salt and pepper (for seasoning)
  • for garnish chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and ginger (if using).
  • Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until done, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in marinade and cook until sauce thickens.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then serve garnished with green onions if desired.
