Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish chopped green onions

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour sauce over chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, basting halfway.
  • Rest briefly, then garnish with green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
