Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound ground beef

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Sauces & Sweeteners

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Aromatics

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced (optional)

Seasoning

Instructions 

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, then add garlic and ginger, sauté briefly.
  • Stir in honey and soy sauce, then add broccoli and cover; cook until tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot over rice.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
