A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining tender ground beef, crisp broccoli, and a sweet-savory honey soy sauce, served over rice.
Ingredients

ginger, minced

Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
Add ground beef, cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
Mix honey and soy sauce, then add to the beef. Stir well.
Add broccoli, cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
Use fresh broccoli for best texture and flavor.
