chicken or turkey sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

broccoli florets, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Arrange sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli on the pan. Melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper; simmer 2-3 minutes.
Pour glaze over ingredients and toss to coat. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
