A quick and flavorful sheet pan meal featuring sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli glazed with honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 14 ounces chicken or turkey sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

Vegetables

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Dairy

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Garlic & Condiments

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Herbs

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely minced

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Arrange sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli on the pan. Melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  • Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper; simmer 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour glaze over ingredients and toss to coat. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure sweet potatoes are fork-tender and sausage is browned before serving.
