Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • green onions, sliced green onions (for garnish)
  • sesame seeds sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Press and cube the tofu.
  • Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and sesame oil.
  • Cook tofu in a skillet until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add sauce and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve.

Notes

Ensure tofu is pressed well for best texture.
