fresh cranberries

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut a horizontal pocket into each chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
Mix cranberries with honey, stuff chicken with Brie and cranberry mixture, then secure with toothpicks.
Sear chicken in olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side, then bake for 20-25 minutes.
Rest briefly, remove toothpicks, garnish with herbs, and serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh cranberries for best flavor, and remove toothpicks before serving.
