Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional) (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Set Instant Pot to 'Sauté' and add olive oil.
  • Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear chicken 2-3 minutes per side until golden, then remove.
  • Add broth, deglaze, then return chicken to the pot.
  • Close lid, set to sealing, cook on 'Manual' for 10 minutes, then release pressure.
  • Shred chicken if desired, serve with broth, and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste and serve with your favorite sides.
