Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Use Sauté mode; add olive oil and brown chicken 2-3 mins per side.
  • Remove chicken; pour in broth and lemon juice, scraping browned bits.
  • Return chicken, seal lid, cook on Manual for 8 mins, then natural release 5 mins.
  • Rest chicken a few minutes before slicing or shredding.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
