Instructions
Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Use Sauté mode; add olive oil and brown chicken 2-3 mins per side.
Remove chicken; pour in broth and lemon juice, scraping browned bits.
Return chicken, seal lid, cook on Manual for 8 mins, then natural release 5 mins.
Rest chicken a few minutes before slicing or shredding.
Notes
