4piecesbone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, and paprika.
Set Instant Pot to Sauté, heat olive oil, and sear chicken skin-side down for 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping browned bits.
Add potatoes, place chicken on top, close lid, and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Release pressure naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
