Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss tofu cubes in cornstarch.
Heat oil in a skillet and cook tofu until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
Pour sauce over tofu, toss to coat, then bake for 10 minutes.
