A refreshing and colorful Italian Pasta Salad perfect for gatherings and picnics.
Ingredients

ounces
rotini pasta

cup
cherry tomatoes
(halved)

cup
cucumber
(diced)
1/2
cup
red onion
(finely chopped)
1/2
cup
black olives
(sliced)

cup
mozzarella balls
(halved)

cup
fresh basil
(chopped)
1/2
cup
Italian dressing
salt
(to taste)
pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil.
Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta salad and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix again.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
