A refreshing and colorful Italian Pasta Salad perfect for gatherings and picnics.

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil.
  • Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta salad and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix again.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
