  • 4 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Coat chicken thighs.
  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and mustard. Pour over chicken in skillet.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting halfway. Rest briefly and garnish with green onions.
