A creamy, low-carb beef stroganoff perfect for a keto diet, featuring tender ground beef and mushrooms in a rich sour cream sauce.

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan, then sauté onions and mushrooms until soft and browned (~10 min).
Add ground beef to the pan, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned (~8-10 min), then mix with vegetables.
Add garlic, cook for 1 min, then stir into the meat mixture.
Pour in bone broth and coconut aminos, bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 min to reduce liquid.
Stir in sour cream and cream cheese until smooth, then serve over spaghetti squash.
Notes
Use full-fat sour cream and cream cheese for best flavor and texture.
