Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

Dairy

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional for creaminess)

Liquids

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Spices & Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions 

  • Place chicken in crockpot. Mix cream cheese, broth, spices, salt, and pepper; pour over chicken.
