Ingredients

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
Add the chopped parsley to the bowl with the vegetables.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
