Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté mushrooms in olive oil until tender, about 5 minutes, then add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Mix shredded chicken, sautéed mushrooms, cream, broth, seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Transfer to a greased dish, top with cheese, and bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
Let cool slightly, garnish with green onions, and serve.
