These crispy cheese snacks are perfect for a low-carb diet, packed with flavor and easy to make.
Ingredients

shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
onion powder
1/4
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
black pepper

tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
(optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Using a tablespoon, drop mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon to form disks.
Sprinkle the tops with chopped fresh parsley if desired for a pop of color.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding different spices or herbs to the cheese mixture.
