Ingredients

Meat and Vegetables

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced

Dairy

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

Other ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 package low-carb tortillas or almond flour wraps

Instructions 

  • Cook onions and peppers in olive oil until softened.
  • Add steak and cook until browned, then season with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese until combined.
  • Spoon mixture onto tortillas, top with provolone, roll up, and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, then cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or your favorite herbs.
