A quick and flavorful keto-friendly stir fry packed with vegetables and tender chicken, perfect for a low-carb meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced

Sauces & Oils

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
  • Add chicken and cook until browned, 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in vegetables and cook for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Pour soy sauce, cook 2 more minutes, season with salt and pepper, then serve garnished with sesame seeds.

Notes

Use coconut aminos for a soy-free option.
