Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion chopped green onion
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
  • for garnish sesame seeds

Instructions 

  • Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, then stir in garlic and ginger.
  • Mix in soy sauce and brown sugar, cook until sauce thickens.
  • Serve beef over rice, topped with carrots, broccoli, green onions, and sesame seeds.
