Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
