Instructions
Cook pasta, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant (1 min).
Add shrimp, cook until pink and opaque (3-5 min).
Stir in lemon juice, butter, salt, and pepper.
Add spinach, cook until wilted (1-2 min).
Add pasta to skillet with shrimp and spinach.
Toss, adding pasta water as needed.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
