A delicious low-carb pasta dish featuring tender beef in a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a satisfying yet healthy meal.
Ingredients

Qetoe Low Carb Penne
(or your choice of pasta)

beef sirloin or flank steak
(thinly sliced)

olive oil

cloves
garlic
(minced)

heavy cream
½
cup
beef broth
1
tsp
dried Italian seasoning

tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
(optional for depth)

tsp
salt
(adjust to taste)

tsp
black pepper
¼
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley
(chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions (boil for 5 minutes, then sit for 1 minute). Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear beef for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic for 1 minute, add broth and Worcestershire, then pour in cream, seasonings, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add pasta to sauce, return beef, and toss to coat. Stir in Parmesan and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of reserved pasta water if sauce is too thick.
