A delicious low-carb pasta dish featuring tender beef in a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a satisfying yet healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Qetoe Low Carb Penne (or your choice of pasta)
  • 450 g beef sirloin or flank steak (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional for depth)
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions (boil for 5 minutes, then sit for 1 minute). Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear beef for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic for 1 minute, add broth and Worcestershire, then pour in cream, seasonings, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add pasta to sauce, return beef, and toss to coat. Stir in Parmesan and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of reserved pasta water if sauce is too thick.
