Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Vegetables

  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed

Aromatics & Oils

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Garnish

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice. Coat chicken and toss green beans with remaining mixture.
