A delicious low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, baked to cheesy perfection.
Ingredients

ground beef (80/20 fat ratio preferred)

cream cheese (softened to room temperature)

provolone cheese (sliced)

mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Vegetables and Aromatics

onion (diced)

bell peppers (diced)

cloves
garlic (minced)

olive oil
Condiments and Seasonings

Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Sauté onions and peppers in olive oil for 5-6 minutes, then add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, then add cream cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish, layer torn provolone, then top with shredded mozzarella. Bake 22-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced mushrooms or hot sauce.
