Ingredients

protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

unsweetened cocoa powder
(omit if using chocolate protein powder)

chia seeds

vanilla extract

sweetener of choice
(erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit)

Instructions
Mix protein powder, cocoa powder (if using), chia seeds, sweetener, and salt in a bowl.
