Ingredients

Base

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (omit if using chocolate protein powder)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener of choice (erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit)
  • pinch salt

Instructions 

  • Mix protein powder, cocoa powder (if using), chia seeds, sweetener, and salt in a bowl.
  • Whisk in almond milk until smooth.
  • Add vanilla extract and stir well.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Stir before serving and enjoy chilled.
