A quick and nutritious one-pot meal combining pasta, broccoli, and cheese for a comforting yet healthy dish.
Ingredients

whole milk

water or broth
(prefer broth for more flavor)
Pasta

pasta of choice
Broccoli

broccoli, finely chopped
Cheese

shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
Yogurt

plain Greek-style yogurt
Butter or Ghee

butter or ghee (optional)
Instructions
Bring milk and water/broth to a boil, add pasta, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese, yogurt, and butter/ghee until melted. Serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, use broth instead of water and add a pinch of pepper or paprika.
