A creamy and flavorful dressing perfect for salads or as a dip. This homemade version of Panera's Green Goddess Dressing is easy to make and tastes amazing!

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.75-1 cup basil leaves (fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons white grape juice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon shallot (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon pesto (homemade or storebought)
  • 0.5 tablespoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Kosher salt (and pepper, to taste)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to blender or small food processor, blend until creamy and smooth.
  • Taste, adjust salt and pepper as needed.

Notes

For a thinner dressing, add a tablespoon or two of water or milk.
