Instructions
Prepare and cool the cornbread, then crumble into a bowl.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Melt butter and sauté celery and onion until soft.
Mix vegetables and seasonings with crumbled cornbread, then add eggs and broth, mixing gently.
Transfer to a greased dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped herbs or a splash of hot sauce before baking.
