This easy crockpot mac and cheese is cheesy, creamy, and perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni

Cheese

  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Liquids

  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions 

  • Cook macaroni until al dente, then drain.
  • Mix cooked macaroni with cheeses.
  • Whisk together liquids, eggs, and seasonings.
  • Pour mixture over pasta and stir.
  • Transfer to crockpot and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
  • Stir before serving and enjoy!

Notes

Use sharp cheddar for best flavor. Stir well before serving.
