A rich and creamy mac and cheese cooked effortlessly in the crockpot, perfect for comforting family dinners.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Cook the macaroni until al dente, then drain.
  • Mix cheeses, evaporated milk, cream cheese, melted butter, milk, and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Add cooked macaroni to the cheese mixture and stir well.
  • Transfer to a greased crockpot and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or hot sauce.
